Here you go...
List your vehicle in the nearest zip code where it will get the most hits
This one is pretty simple!
When listing your vehicle you are required to provide a zip code that identifies your location. Shoppers search specific zip codes and/or sort search results  by distance. If you use a zip code in a larger city or area, you will get more hits and inquiries.

Since the zip code you enter does not have to be your residential zip code, why not use the nearest zip code for a large city or densely populated area? For example, if you live in a small town of 20,000, 45 minutes south of Chicago, and are looking to sell you modified Subaru. You may be better off using a Chicago zip code to get more hits to your listing.

Keep in mind however that you may have to meet potential buyers in whatever location you pick, so don't use a zip code that's farther than you are willing to travel
